Ramėnai is a village in Panevėžys district municipality, Panevėžys County, Lithuania. It is located approximately 12 kilometers north-west of Panevėžys city. The village is situated in the region of Aukštaitija.
Historically, Ramėnai was part of the Ramėnai estate, which included a manor. The manor house has not survived, but remnants of the estate's park and other outbuildings can still be found.
Today, Ramėnai is primarily a rural community with a focus on agriculture. The population is relatively small. The village is accessible by local roads connecting it to Panevėžys and other nearby settlements.
