Ralph Willard (born August 11, 1952) is an American college basketball coach and former player. He is known for his tenure as head coach at the United States Military Academy (Army) from 1998 to 2005, where he led the Black Knights to multiple Patriot League titles and NCAA tournament appearances. Willard later served as head coach at the University of South Carolina (2008–2012) and at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) as an assistant and interim head coach (2015–2016).

Willard was born in the Bronx, New York. He played collegiate basketball at Siena College from 1970 to 1974, contributing as a forward.
