Rachael D. Fields (born March 19, 1980) is an American politician who served as a member of the Vermont House of Representatives. A Democrat, she represented the Bennington 2-1 district from 2015 to 2019.

Fields was born on March 19, 1980, in Tempe, Arizona, U.S. She is married to Andrew Fields.
Political Career
Fields was first elected to the Vermont House of Representatives in 2014, taking office on January 7, 2015. She served alongside fellow Democrat Timothy Corcoran II, representing the Bennington 2-1 district. She succeeded Brian Campion, who had vacated the seat to run for the Vermont Senate.
During her tenure, she was re-elected in 2016. She served until January 8, 2019, and was succeeded by Chris Bates.
