Raštani is a settlement located within the administrative area of the City of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is situated in the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, within the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Geographically, Raštani is positioned on the right bank of the Neretva River, north of the Mostar urban center. According to the official 2013 census results, Raštani had a population of 1,068 inhabitants. In the 1991 census, prior to the Bosnian War, the population was recorded at 1,151 individuals. The demographic composition has historically included Croat, Serb, and Bosniak populations, though the proportions shifted following the conflicts of the 1990s.
The infrastructure in and around Raštani is linked to the broader Mostar municipal system. The Mostar Hydroelectric Power Plant (HE Mostar), which utilizes the Neretva River for power generation, is located in the immediate vicinity of the settlement.
