R614 road (Ireland)

The R614 road is a regional road in County Cork, Ireland. It connects the N20 national primary road north of Mallow to the R639 regional road (the former N8 national primary road).

The R614 begins at a junction with the N20 approximately 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) north of Mallow, near the townland of Bottlehill. From this point, it travels in a generally easterly direction, passing through the village of Castletownroche. After Castletownroche, the road continues eastwards for several kilometres before terminating at a junction with the R639, located roughly between Castletownroche and Ballyhooly.

This road serves as a local link between the current N20 route and the bypassed section of the N8 (now the R639), providing access to communities and agricultural areas in the Blackwater Valley. The entire route is situated within County Cork.
