Róbert Kažimír

Róbert Kažimír (born 28 August 1978) is a Slovak former professional footballer who played primarily as a centre-back. He spent the majority of his career in the Slovak football league system.

Club Career Kažimír began his professional career in the late 1990s and went on to play for several clubs in the Slovak First League (Corgoň Liga, now Niké Liga) and the second-tier league.

He was notably a part of FK Púchov, where he gained experience in the top flight. Following his time there, he moved to MFK Ružomberok, becoming a regular feature in their defense. His career also included stints with DAC Dunajská Streda, Spartak Trnava, and FK Senica, among other Slovak clubs.

Known for his physicality, leadership, and defensive solidity, Kažimír was a reliable presence in the backline for the teams he represented. He concluded his professional playing career after more than a decade in Slovak football.
