The Pryke baronetcy, of Fleet Street in the City of London, is a title in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. It was created on 22 January 1926 for Sir William Robert Pryke.
Sir William Pryke (1871–1934) was a prominent British merchant and civic leader who served as the Lord Mayor of London from 1925 to 1926. The baronetcy was conferred upon him in recognition of his public service and achievements.
