Poxim Açu River

The Poxim Açu River is a watercourse located in the state of Sergipe in northeastern Brazil. It is part of the regional river system that drains the interior of Sergipe and ultimately contributes to the coastal drainage basin. The river lies entirely within Brazilian territory and is one of the many small to medium‑sized rivers that characterize the state's geography.
