Poshteh Hesar (Persian: پشته حصار, also Romanized as Poshteh Hesar) is a village located in the Cheshmeh Kabud Rural District, within the Central District of Harsin County, Kermanshah Province, Iran.
It is an administrative subdivision of Iran. As of the 2006 Iranian census, the village had a population of 40 inhabitants, residing in 8 families. Poshteh Hesar, like many rural communities in Iran, plays a role in the local agricultural or pastoral economy and serves as a residential center for its population within the regional administrative framework.
