Polebrook Farm is a 13-hectare (32-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) located south of Sevenoaks in Kent, England. It was designated as an SSSI in 1984.

The field layout of the farm is believed to have remained unchanged for over 700 years. The site is notable for its unimproved natural grassland, hedges, and meadows that support a rich variety of flora, including at least 19 species of grasses. A public footpath crosses the site.

The farm also includes stretches of the River Eden, which are used for angling. The site is located near Hever Castle, in the vicinity of Hever, Edenbridge, Kent (postcode area TN8 7NJ).
