Pittsburg-Weir Coalfield

The Pittsburgh‑Weir Coalfield is a regional coal‑bearing geological unit located in southeastern Kansas, United States. It underlies the area surrounding the cities of Pittsburg (Crawford County) and Weir (Cherokee County), extending into parts of Labette and Montgomery counties.
