Pierre Lacans (14 May 1955 – 31 March 1984) was a French rugby union and rugby league footballer. He is best known for his performances as a flanker with AS Béziers and the France national rugby union team in the late 1970s and early 1980s, before switching to rugby league with Toulouse Olympique.
