Phyllidiopsis xishaensis is a species of dorid nudibranch, a shell‑less marine gastropod mollusc in the family Phyllidiidae. The species was originally described by Lin in 1998 from specimens collected in the Xisha Islands (also known as the Paracel Islands) of the South China Sea.

The original description (Lin, 1998) provided morphological details typical of the genus Phyllidiopsis: a dorsally flattened body bearing tubercles, and a mantle edge lacking the extensive frills seen in some related genera.
