Phillipa Gray MNZM (born 16 February 1989 in Thames, New Zealand) is a New Zealand Paralympic cyclist. She competes in both track and road events for athletes with visual and auditory impairments resulting from Usher syndrome, and rides in tandem with a sighted pilot, most notably Laura Thompson.
