Philippe Casado

Philippe Casado (6 October 1964 – 11 June 1995) was a French professional road cyclist. He competed in the sport from the mid‑1980s until his death in 1995, riding for several professional teams, including R.M.O., Z‑Peugeot, and Castorama. Casado was primarily known as a domestique, supporting team leaders in stage races and one‑day classics.

During his career he achieved a number of respectable results in both domestic French races and international events, though he did not secure a Grand Tour overall victory. His contributions were valued for his stamina and tactical awareness in the peloton.
