Philip "Phil" Weir (born 2 November 1969) is a Scottish former professional footballer who played as a defender.
Weir began his professional career with Motherwell in 1988, where he spent four seasons. He made over 50 league appearances for the club before moving to Dundee in 1992. At Dundee, he became a regular fixture in the team's defence, accumulating over 100 league matches during his five-year tenure.
In 1997, Weir joined Falkirk, where he continued his consistent performances for three seasons. His career also included spells with Partick Thistle and Stirling Albion before he concluded his professional playing career. Over the course of his career, Weir made more than 300 senior league appearances, primarily in the Scottish leagues. He was known for his reliable defensive capabilities and longevity in the game.
