Pete Robinson was a prominent American drag racer during the 1960s and early 1970s. He was best known for his successes in Top Fuel dragsters, often running innovative and unconventional setups. Tragically, Pete Robinson died in a racing accident in 1971 at Pomona Raceway, during the final round of the Winternationals.
