Perawat Sangpotirat (Thai: พีระพัฒน์ แสงพฤกษ์; born 6 September 1995), also known by his nickname Krist, is a Thai actor, singer, and model. He rose to prominence for his role as Arthit in the 2016 Thai television series SOTUS: The Series, which garnered both domestic and international attention.

Perawat was born in Bangkok, Thailand. He attended the Satriwitthaya 2 School for secondary education and later enrolled at Rangsit University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in International Business.
