Peralasseri is a census town and the headquarters of the Peralasseri Grama Panchayat in Kannur district, Kerala, India. It is situated on the Kannur‑Kuthuparamba State Highway 38, approximately 12 km north of Kannur city, on the banks of the Anjarakandy River.
Geography
Peralasseri lies at 11°50′57″N 75°29′10″E and covers an area of 10.76 km² (4.15 sq mi). The town is surrounded by the panchayats of Kadambur, Vengad, Anjarakandi, and Pinarayi. The nearest railway stations are Thalassery (≈14 km) and Kannur (≈15 km). The Kannur International Airport is about 14 km away.
