Paul Weinstein (5 April 1878 – 16 August 1964) was a German athlete who competed in the early twentieth century. He was born in Wallendorf.
Weinstein won the bronze medal in the high jump at the 1904 Summer Olympics in St. Louis. Samuel Jones won the gold medal and Garrett Serviss won the silver medal. Weinstein also competed in the pole vault event at the same Games, finishing in seventh place.
Two years later, at the 1906 Intercalated Games in Athens, he participated in five jumping events and the javelin throw, though with limited success.
At the national level, Weinstein was a multiple-time German champion, winning the high jump title in 1903, 1905, and 1906, as well as the long jump title in 1906. He competed for the club LC Sportfreunde Halle. His younger brother, Albert Weinstein, was also an athlete.
