Paul Grant is a former Scottish international rugby union player. A flanker, he played club rugby for Boroughmuir, Sale Sharks, and Edinburgh Rugby. He earned 9 caps for Scotland between 1997 and 2003. Grant was known for his strong tackling and work rate around the field. He also played for the Scotland Sevens team.
