Patrick Schwienbacher (born August 15, 1982) is an Italian former luger who competed internationally during the early 2000s. Born in Merano, Italy, he specialized in the doubles discipline within the sport of luge.
Schwienbacher is most notably recognized for representing Italy at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin. Competing in the men's doubles event alongside partner Hans Peter Fischnaller, the pair finished in fifth place with a combined time of 1:33.470 across two runs. During his active career, Schwienbacher participated in various seasons of the Luge World Cup and other events sanctioned by the International Luge Federation (FIL).
He was a member of the C.S. Forestale (State Forestry Corps) sports club, which historically supported many of Italy's winter sports athletes. Following his retirement from professional competition, Schwienbacher has been involved in coaching and the development of luge within the South Tyrol region.
