The 8th constituency of Paris (French: Huitième circonscription de Paris) is a legislative constituency for the National Assembly of France, located within the Paris department (department number 75). Like the other 576 French constituencies, it elects one deputy (member of parliament) using a two‑round voting system.

It covers a portion of central Paris that includes parts of the 8th arrondissement and adjacent areas, though the precise streets and neighborhoods vary according to the latest delimitation.

Administrative context
The constituency is one of 21 legislative districts that together cover the city of Paris. Each district elects a single deputy to the lower house of the French Parliament, the National Assembly. The deputy represents the constituency’s residents in national legislative matters and participates in parliamentary committees.
