The Pakistan cricket team toured Zimbabwe in April and May 2021 to play two Test matches and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches. The tour followed on from Pakistan's tour of South Africa. On 28 March 2021, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed the tour itinerary, with all matches being played behind closed doors at the Harare Sports Club in Harare due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
T20I Series (Result: Pakistan won 2–1)
- 1st T20I (21 April 2021): Pakistan 149/7 (20 overs) defeated Zimbabwe 138/7 (20 overs) by 11 runs. Mohammad Rizwan scored an unbeaten 82 off 61 balls and was named Player of the Match. Tadiwanashe Marumani (Zimbabwe) and Danish Aziz (Pakistan) made their T20I debuts.
- 2nd T20I (23 April 2021): Zimbabwe 118/9 (20 overs) defeated Pakistan 99 (19.5 overs) by 19 runs. Luke Jongwe took 4/18 and was named Player of the Match. This was Zimbabwe's first-ever win against Pakistan in T20Is, ending a 16-match losing streak against them. Arshad Iqbal (Pakistan) made his T20I debut.
- 3rd T20I (25 April 2021): Pakistan 165/3 (20 overs) defeated Zimbabwe 141/7 (20 overs) by 24 runs. Mohammad Rizwan scored 91 not out off 60 balls, and Hasan Ali took 4/18. Babar Azam became the fastest batsman, in terms of innings (52), to score 2,000 runs in T20Is.
Test Series (Result: Pakistan won 2–0)
- 1st Test (29 April – 3 May 2021): Pakistan won by an innings and 116 runs. Zimbabwe were bowled out for 176 and 134, while Pakistan posted 426 in their only innings. Fawad Alam scored 140 (204 balls) and Hasan Ali took 5/36 in the second innings. Roy Kaia, Richard Ngarava, Milton Shumba (Zimbabwe), and Sajid Khan (Pakistan) made their Test debuts. Langton Rusere became the first black African umpire to stand in a Test match. Shaheen Afridi and Hasan Ali each took their 50th Test wickets.
- 2nd Test (7–11 May 2021): Pakistan won by an innings and 147 runs. Pakistan declared at 510/8, with Abid Ali scoring a double century (215 not out off 407 balls). Zimbabwe were bowled out for 132 and 231 (following on). Hasan Ali (5/27), Shaheen Afridi (5/52), and Nauman Ali each took five-wicket hauls—the first time three Pakistan bowlers achieved this in the same Test. Luke Jongwe (Zimbabwe) and Tabish Khan (Pakistan) made their Test debuts.
Squad Notes: Shadab Khan was ruled out of the T20I matches due to a toe injury, with Zahid Mahmood named as his replacement. However, Zahid Mahmood later ruled himself out due to anxiety about flying alone. Sean Williams captained Zimbabwe in the T20I series (except the second T20I, where Brendan Taylor led the side due to injury). Brendan Taylor captained Zimbabwe in the Test series.
