Pădureni is a right‑hand tributary of the Râul Negru River in Romania. The river flows entirely within Covasna County and discharges into the Râul Negru near the locality of Bita. Its total length is approximately 24 km (15 mi) and its drainage basin covers an area of about 53 km² (20 sq mi). The mouth of the river is located at roughly 45°50′04″ N latitude and 25°57′53″ E longitude.
The Pădureni River is part of the larger Danube watershed, contributing to the hydrological network that ultimately drains into the Black Sea. No significant settlements or major infrastructure are recorded along its course, and it primarily serves as a natural watercourse within the regional landscape.
