The Verbandsgemeinde Otterbach was a collective municipality (Verbandsgemeinde) in the district of Kaiserslautern, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It was dissolved on January 1, 2014. Its seat was in Otterbach.

History
The Verbandsgemeinde Otterbach was established as part of administrative reforms in Rhineland-Palatinate. It existed until January 1, 2014, when it merged with the Verbandsgemeinde Otterberg to form the new Verbandsgemeinde Otterbach-Otterberg.
Geography
The area of the former Verbandsgemeinde Otterbach is located in the northern part of the district of Kaiserslautern. It is characterized by rolling hills and agricultural land.
