Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY) is a public tertiary institution of higher learning in Osun State, Nigeria. Established in 1992 by the Osun State Government, the polytechnic provides vocational and technical education through National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes.
History
The polytechnic was created to expand access to technical and vocational training in the state. It commenced operations in Ilesa, the capital of Osun State, with an initial focus on engineering, science, and management disciplines. The main campus is situated in Ilesa, approximately 30 km southeast of Osogbo, the state capital.
