Orič (Italian: Villa Orizzi) is a village in the municipality of Pićan, Istria County, Croatia. It is located in the interior of the Istrian peninsula, approximately 2 km south-southeast of the settlement of Jakačići and 2 km west-southwest of Sveta Katarina. The village sits at an elevation of approximately 364 meters above sea level.
According to the 2021 census, Orič had a population of 152 residents (78 males and 74 females). The population is distributed across age groups as follows: 31 individuals aged 0–14, 94 aged 15–64, and 27 aged 65 and over. The settlement covers an area of approximately 5.3 km² (2.0 sq mi), giving it a population density of about 29 inhabitants per square kilometer.
The village is characterized by traditional Istrian stone architecture, with houses built from local limestone, often surrounded by centuries-old oak trees. The surrounding landscape consists of gentle hills, dense forests, and fertile valleys, typical of central Istria's "green Istria" region.
Orič is situated near the medieval hilltop town of Pićan, and is approximately a 30-minute drive from the Adriatic coast. The area is known for its truffle specialties, Istrian olive oil, Malvazija wine, and lavender fields. Popular activities in the region include hiking, cycling, and exploring local agritourism establishments.
