Ondrej Daňko (born 26 May 1948 in Czechoslovakia) is a Slovak former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He spent his entire playing career with VSS Košice, where he played between 1967 and 1981. Daňko appeared in 313 matches and scored 56 goals in the Czechoslovak First League. He was part of the renowned VSS midfield trio of the 1970s, alongside Jozef Štafura and Jaroslav Pollák.
Daňko won the Slovak Cup in 1973 and 1980. He also made two appearances for the Czechoslovakia national football team, playing in 1971 and 1972.
Note on name ambiguity: There is also a second individual named Ondrej Daňko (born 2 June 1971), a Slovak footballer who played as a midfielder for clubs including Dukla Praha, FC Petra Drnovice, and FSV Zwickau, and who earned caps for the Slovakia national team in the 1990s. These are two distinct persons sharing the same name.
