Ogden–Weber Technical College (OWTC) is a public technical college in the state of Utah, United States. It is part of the Utah System of Technical Colleges (USTC) and serves the Ogden and Weber County regions with career and technical education.
History
The institution originated in 1971 as the Ogden–Weber Applied Technology Center. It was later renamed Ogden–Weber Applied Technology College (ATC) before adopting its current name, Ogden–Weber Technical College, in 2017 when the Utah legislature restructured the state's technical education system into the USTC.
Campuses
OWTC operates three primary campuses:
- Main Campus in Ogden, located near the intersection of 25th Street and Wall Avenue.
- North Campus in Clearfield, providing programs focused on health professions and industrial trades.
- South Campus in Kaysville, offering courses in automotive technology, construction, and information technology.
Academic Programs
