Off Site (restaurant)

Off Site is a restaurant and nano-brewery located in the Little River neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States.

Overview

Off Site is located at 8250 NE Second Avenue in Miami, Florida. It was founded by partners Steve Santana (of Taquiza) and Adam Darnell (of Boxelder). The restaurant opened in November 2021, following a lease signing announced in 2019 at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival's Swine & Wine event. As of 2026, the business was sold to local Miami-born brewer Theo Castillo, founder of No Seasons Beer, and operates as OFF SITE Kitchen • NO SEASONS Beer.

Menu

The restaurant offers a concise menu focused on American comfort food and bar fare. Signature items include:

  • Super Good Chicken Sandwich – A buttermilk-battered chicken thigh sandwich with lettuce, pickles, and roasted garlic aioli. It was named Best Chicken Sandwich by Miami New Times in 2022 and 2024.
  • Koji Burger – A half-pound patty made from a blend of chuck, brisket, and short rib, koji-marinated, with American cheese, onions, pickles, and house burger sauce.
  • Champion Dog – A smoked all-beef hot dog with sauerkraut, curry mustard, and everything seasoning.
  • Country Cuban Sandwich – Braised pork, aged smoked ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on media noche bread.
  • Tallow Fries – Twice-cooked Chipperbec-style hand-cut fries finished in beef tallow.
  • House Smoked Jumbo Wings – Smoked with a house rub and fried in beef tallow.

Beer

The restaurant operates as a nano-brewery. Its house beer program, under the NO SEASONS label, includes a "Super Good" lager and other rotating drafts. Initially, brewing was done off-site at the Tank in Doral, with plans to move production in-house.
