Nikolay Nikolayevich Chernetskiy (Russian: Николай Николаевич Чернецкий; born 29 November 1959 in Frunze, Kirghiz SSR, Soviet Union) is a retired track and field sprinter who represented the Soviet Union. He specialized in the 400 metres and the 4 × 400 metres relay.
Career Highlights
- 1980 Summer Olympics (Moscow): Won a gold medal in the men's 4 × 400 metres relay as part of the Soviet team (alongside Aleksandr Troshchilo, Sergey Lovachov, and Viktor Markin), with a total time of 3:00.79 minutes.
