Nikolai Kipiani (also commonly transliterated as Nikoloz Kipiani; born c. 1978/1979) is a former Georgian rugby union player who primarily played as a flanker. He is recognized as one of Georgia's influential rugby players during a pivotal period of the sport's growth in the country, earning numerous caps for the Georgia national rugby union team, known as "The Lelos."
