Neycho Ivanov Neychev (Bulgarian: Нейчо Иванов Нейчев; 9 June 1930 – 1995) was a Bulgarian basketball player. He represented Bulgaria in the men's basketball tournament at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki, Finland.
