Neil Kilkenny (born 19 December 1985) is an Australian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder. Born in England, he initially represented England at various youth levels before declaring his allegiance to Australia, for whom he earned senior international caps. Kilkenny has had an extensive career playing for clubs in both England's Football League and Australia's A-League.

Following a successful loan period, Kilkenny signed permanently for Leeds United in January 2008.
