Neal and Jack and Me is a live video album by the English progressive rock band King Crimson, released in 2004 by the Discipline Global Mobile label. The DVD compiles two separate concert recordings from the band’s 1980s era: The Noise: Live in Frejus (recorded at the Arena, Fréjus, France, on 27 August 1982) and Three of a Perfect Pair: Live in Japan (recorded at Gotanda‑Kanihoken Hall, Tokyo, Japan, on 29–30 April 1984). Both performances were originally issued on Betamax and VHS before being remastered for this DVD release.

The DVD presents the full setlists from each concert, supplemented by extra material such as the promotional video for “Sleepless” (1984), a collection of “Tony’s Road” photographs, and a discography overview of King Crimson’s 1981–1984 line‑ups.
