Operators

Qube (Australia)

Qube Logistics ordered 12 units in 2011, classified as the 1100 class (road numbers 1101–1112). The first locomotive was delivered in December 2011, with seven more following in 2012. Four additional units (1109–1112) were ordered but never delivered to Qube.

White Pass and Yukon Route (Canada/USA)

The White Pass and Yukon Route (WP&Y) ordered six units in 2020, classified as E3000CC-DC (road numbers 3001–3006). Four of these (3001–3004) were originally built for Qube in 2012 but never delivered. The WP&Y units operate on 3 ft (914 mm) narrow gauge with NRE 5650 trucks and GE764 traction motors. These locomotives are notable for being large, high-horsepower narrow-gauge units that dwarf other rolling stock on the WP&Y railroad.
