In the United States, “My Everything” reached the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at number 34. It also attained positions of number 13 on the Adult Contemporary chart, number 12 on the Pop Airplay chart, and number 21 on the Rhythmic Airplay chart. Internationally, the track charted in Australia, where it peaked at number 88 in March 2001.
