Muhammad Ali Aman (also spelled Muhamad Ali Aman) is a former member of the Singapore Malay National Organisation (Pertubuhan Kebangsaan Melayu Singapura, PKMS), a political party in Singapore. He served as the former Secretary-General and former leader of PKMS. He also served as the former vice-chairman of the Singapore Democratic Alliance (SDA), a political alliance comprising four political parties.
Aman was involved in community work through Motivasi, a youth group for Malay young people. He holds a degree in Computer and Information Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and has worked as an executive director at an estate management firm.
He was formerly a trade unionist and served as branch chairman of the United Workers of Electronic and Electrical Industries, a union with approximately 40,000 members. In December 2002, he was dismissed from this position after he refused to follow the union's instruction to relinquish his membership in the Singapore Democratic Alliance. The union was affiliated with the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC).
