Motukaika River

The Motukaika River is a river in the south Canterbury region of New Zealand's South Island. It flows generally eastward for approximately 9 kilometres (5.6 miles), reaching the Pareora River at the small settlement of Motukaika, about 18 kilometres (11 miles) west of Timaru. The river is classified as a stream and its mouth is located at the confluence with the Pareora River. The name is recorded in the New Zealand Gazetteer by Land Information New Zealand.
