Mortonville Hotel is a historic hotel located in East Fallowfield Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is situated on Strasburg Road near Coatesville, on the eastern bank of the West Branch Brandywine Creek, within the unincorporated hamlet of Mortonville.
The building was originally constructed in 1796 as a private dwelling. It was converted into a hotel in 1849. The structure is a three-story, seven-bay, stuccoed stone building with a shallow gable roof, built in the Federal architectural style. It is partially banked into the hillside and features first- and second-floor verandahs.
The Mortonville Hotel was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 18, 1985, under reference number 85002393. It is listed as part of the Strasburg Road Thematic Resource and the East Fallowfield Township Multiple Resource Area, and is noted as being significant in the area of Transportation. The property covers approximately one acre.
