Moreno Martini (15 May 1930 – 17 November 2005) was an Italian politician who served multiple terms as a member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies. A prominent figure in the Italian Communist Party (PCI) and its successor parties, he was also active in local administration for many years.

In 1972, Moreno Martini was first elected to the Chamber of Deputies of the Italian Parliament, representing the Italian Communist Party (PCI). He was re-elected for five consecutive terms, serving from the VI legislature through the XI legislature, which concluded in 1994.
