Morang 2 (constituency)

Morang 2 is a constituency of the House of Representatives of Nepal. It encompasses parts of Morang District in Province No. 1. This electoral area was created in 2017 in accordance with the Constitution of Nepal, which implemented a mixed electoral system comprising first-past-the-post and proportional representation. Prior to the 2017 election, the area was part of the Morang 5 constituency. The boundaries of Morang 2 are defined by the Election Commission of Nepal and are subject to change based on population censuses and redistricting efforts.
