Mizo Hmeichhe Insuihkhawm Pawl (MHIP) is the apex non-governmental organization for women in Mizoram, India. Established on July 6, 1974, the organization functions as a federation that represents the interests and rights of Mizo women across the state and in Mizo-populated areas.

It is structured hierarchically, consisting of a General Headquarters in the state capital, Aizawl, followed by sub-headquarters, blocks, and branches. Branches are established in nearly every village and urban locality within Mizoram, ensuring a wide-reaching grassroots network.
