Miss Earth USA 2023 was the nineteenth edition of the Miss Earth USA beauty pageant, the national competition that selects the United States delegate to the international Miss Earth pageant. The event was held on 7 January 2023 at the Linda Chapin Theater in Orlando, Florida, United States.
The coronation ceremony saw the outgoing titleholder, Brielle Simmons of Connecticut, crown Danielle Mullins of Kentucky as Miss Earth USA 2023. Mullins succeeded Simmons as the United States’ representative to the Miss Earth 2023 international competition, which was scheduled to take place later that year in Vietnam.
The Miss Earth USA pageant is organized by LIV & Rock Productions under license from Carousel Productions, the owners of the Miss Earth brand. The competition emphasizes environmental advocacy, with contestants expected to promote ecological awareness and community service as part of the “Beauties for a Cause” platform.
The 2023 edition featured delegates from all fifty‑one U.S. states and the District of Columbia, each having earned a state title in 2022. The event included typical pageant segments such as evening gown, swimwear, national costume, and talent presentations, followed by interview and on‑stage question portions that assessed the contestants’ knowledge of environmental issues.
Following her national win, Danielle Mullins began a series of public appearances, environmental outreach initiatives, and media engagements in preparation for the Miss Earth 2023 international pageant.
