Mirka Cabrera Mazzini (born c. 1994) is an Ecuadorian television presenter, journalist, and beauty pageant titleholder. She is best known for being crowned Miss Ecuador 2017 and subsequently representing her country at the Miss Universe 2017 competition.

Mirka Cabrera Mazzini was born in Machala, El Oro Province, Ecuador.
