Mimis Papaioannou (Greek: Μίμης Παπαίοannου; 12 June 1942 – 22 January 2023) was a Greek professional footballer who played primarily as a forward, most notably for PA Olympiacos (PAOK) and the Greece national team.

Papaioannou began his senior career with Kavala FC before transferring to PAOK in 1962, where he spent the majority of his playing years (1962–1975). Over 13 seasons with PAOK, he made more than 340 league appearances and scored over 140 goals, becoming the club’s all‑time leading scorer at the time of his retirement.
