Mill Hill Chapel is a historic Unitarian place of worship located on Mill Hill in the city centre of Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. The congregation was founded in 1696, making it one of the oldest dissenting religious communities in the city. The present chapel building, constructed in 1841, is a Gothic‑revival structure of ashlar stone with a steeply pitched roof and a prominent west façade featuring lancet windows and a bellcote.
The chapel was designated a Grade II* listed building on 7 April 1962 in recognition of its architectural and historic interest. It continues to serve an active Unitarian congregation and hosts regular services, concerts, and community events. The building is also noted for its interior features, including a three‑bay nave, a modestly ornamented wooden gallery, and a historic organ dating from the 19th century.
Mill Hill Chapel is affiliated with the General Assembly of Unitarian and Free Christian Churches, and the congregation has been involved in various social justice initiatives and inter‑faith activities within the Leeds area.
