Mieczysław Nowak (1 December 1936 – 15 June 2005) was a Polish weightlifter who competed internationally in the feather‑weight (– 60 kg) division. He represented Poland at three consecutive Summer Olympic Games and achieved podium finishes at both the Olympic and World Championship levels.
