Mick Leahy is an Irish hurler who played primarily as a centre-back for the Limerick senior hurling team.
Leahy's club hurling was with Granagh-Ballingarry. He won a Limerick Senior Hurling Championship title with the club in 1996.
At inter-county level, Leahy was a key member of the Limerick team in the 1990s. He played in the 1994 and 1996 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship finals, with Limerick losing to Offaly and Wexford respectively. He won a Munster Senior Hurling Championship medal in 1996. He also won a National Hurling League title with Limerick in 1997. Leahy was regarded as a physically strong and reliable defender.
